A. Your password is case-sensitive so check that the Caps Lock is turned off.
Q. I've fogotten my password.
A. Click the tab above labelled "Forgotten Password?" and fill in your details.

issued.
Q. I'm having a problem with the service, what do I do?
A. Click the tab above labelled "Technical Help" and fill in the form giving as
much detail about the problem as you can.
