Jaggards are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of legal costs services to the insurance
industry in terms of size and reputation. By consistently adapting to the ever changing
legal environment and developing new tools and strategies to emerging issues we
have retained our position in terms of quality and maximising savings.
Jaggards offer market leading savings that currently average up to 35% (non-PCR)
against costs claimed. We are confident that our net savings are a key factor to
our success and remain unbeaten. By operating a ‘bottom up’ approach to costs instead
of the market approach of ‘top down’ we can deliver market leading savings.
Since inception in 1998, we have continued to expand and currently employ over 90
staff, providing services to major industry companies such as AXA, NFU, MIB, Equity
and Ensign Insurance (amongst others). Jaggards are instructed to negotiate in excess
of £140 million in costs annually on behalf of our clients.
In what is a saturated market, with a passive marketing strategy, we have won, and
continue to win, accounts held by established competitors. We have retained and
expanded upon these accounts without exception.
